What Is The Best Tony Robbins Book To Start With? [My Personal Opinion]

Before I tell you what is the best tony robbins book from my own experience and which tony robbins book to read first?

I just want to make sure that everything that I'm going to talk about here is my own personal experience.

You might have a different taste and opinion about it, so feel free to bounce up in the comment section below, I'll be happy to know your experience as well.

And if you are kind of wondering,

How many books have tony robbins written? Then here is the list of books that tony robbins wrote by himself.

  1. THE PATH: ACCELERATING YOUR JOURNEY TO FINANCIAL FREEDOM
  2. UNSHAKEABLE
  3. MONEY MASTER THE GAME
  4. UNLIMITED POWER
  5. AWAKEN THE GIANT WITHIN
  6. NOTES FROM A FRIEND
  7. Life Force - [New Launch]

For now, he has written 7 books and the latest one came in Feb 2022.

So, let's see which tony robbins book should I read first if I were in your position.

1. Awaken the Giant Within

If you ask me what is the best tony robbins book to start with for personal growth? Then I don’t mind recommending this book enough.

The first time I read this book I just felt very happy for a few weeks.

The power of the techniques in this book is life-changing.

Implementation of all of them can be difficult – many of them are not easy, and just reading a book does not give enough push to do sth.

This is one of the most practical books I’ve ever read, and even though Tony Robbins is not 100% correct (no one is), most of his strategies do work.

My top 3 takeaways are:

  • You can change your beliefs to ones that empower you and remove ones that dis-empower you.
  • Focus only on things that you can control (maybe not a new thing, however, I love his perspective on this one).
  • Follow your ends values, not your means values.

One of the best and most comprehensive personal development books out there.

The central message is this: you have the power right now to control how you think, how you feel, and what you do.

2. MONEY Master the Game

One of the few giant books that I read from start to end, and for good reasons.

If you are at the situation and thinking which Tony Robbins book should i read first for the financial freedom.

Then I highly recommend to read this book rather than Unshakeable .

This book holds the key to making a financial fortune and also what to do with it. Tony did a great job with this book and I learned so much from it, as you can see from the notes below.

I highly recommend this book to practically anyone.

It’s great, makes you think and understand such a complicate world, many things I didn’t know coming from another country with different rules. What are you going to do with your life when you are retired?

Find a part time job because your life investments didn’t pay what you expected????? It’s your life, It’s your money…you can waste them or you can be at least a little bit knowledgeable.

Read the book, even when it’s hard to complete.

The worst thing that can happen is that you still have your life….the best thing? You may have a better life in front of you.

3. Unlimited Power

Another good book on personal growth. An oldie but goodie.

This is a good starter book for people seeking to improve themselves and their life situation.

The insights extrapolated here are aimed at elevating your quality of life in all areas including finances, health, career, leadership and relationship.

Admittedly, the book is quite long for a self-help guide but it offers some exciting and inspirational strategies for success in an increasingly competitive and seemingly overwhelming world.

I find that it perfectly complements Robbins’ first book ‘Awaken the Giant Inside’. He does an exceptional job of laying it all down in a step-by-step approach that anyone can follow.

However, I have to say that to see the results of what he is recommending you have to practice what you read. It will not work if you simply read and do nothing about it.

This read is recommended to anyone who is serious about understanding the concept of mind over matter and how to tap into it.

4. Unshakeable

A few years ago, I read “Money: Master the Game” a beast of a book, clocking in at over 600 pages. I love this book, as it is filled with a plethora of information for the financially minded.

It explains concepts from the simple to the complex and gives a range of options for diversifying your portfolio.

But since not everyone tingles with excitement at the thought of reading (another) personal finance book, I’m glad that Tony is back with a simpler version. “Unshakeable” deals with this idea that the market has its ups and downs (and being out of the market is a terrible idea), so it is up to us to come up with strategies to protect our investments.

One of my favorite things about this book compared to other books on personal finance is that Tony includes a whole section regarding the psychology of money. Tony Robbins is awesome for transforming people’s lives by changing their mindsets.

He talks about how we can have something called a “confirmation bias,” in which we seek out information that confirms what we believe.

I am guilty of that. When researching a product I’d like to buy, I’ll search dozens of websites and reviews. In reality, I’m not looking for feedback, rather looking for confirmation that I’m making the right decision.

To combat this, when it comes to a new investment, ask yourself, “What am I failing to see and anticipate? What’s the downside? Where could I be wrong? How can I deepen my knowledge?”

If you are new to personal finance or are looking to brush up on your skills, I would definitely recommend this book.

You may still find that you want to delve in deeper with “Money: Master the Game,” but “Unshakeable” is great for giving a basic idea of what investing looks like and the common mistakes that cost people thousands.

Great beginner book on finance
